Festive Studio Terms of Use

About the service
These terms describe use of Festive Studio, a Hridaan Labs tool for creating, editing and downloading occasion greetings. Read the Studio Privacy Policy before registering. Contact [email protected] with questions or concerns.
Accounts and permissions
Use accurate account information and an email address you control. Keep sign-in links private. If acting for a company, have permission to use its name and materials. Do not impersonate others, misuse another account or create accounts to bypass the free allowance.
One free creation
The current offer provides one successfully rendered AI image per verified account. Failed image generation, failed rendering and template fallbacks do not use that allowance. Successful AI artwork uses it even if accompanying text generation fails or you later reject the design. Editing and downloading saved greetings do not provide another free AI image. Capacity limits can delay requests.
Costs and future plans
The current free creation does not require payment. Displayed API costs are usage calculations, not a bill or payment request. INR conversions use the recorded exchange rate and exclude taxes, discounts and billing adjustments. Disabling AI text skips optional text-generation calls; AI image generation still uses the provider. Future paid plans will show their prices and terms before purchase. Requesting early access does not create a subscription or charge.
Your material and output
Only provide material you have the right to use. You retain rights in your inputs and permit processing needed to deliver the requested service. You may download and use greetings subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI outputs may resemble other work; uniqueness, copyright protection and freedom from third-party claims are not guaranteed. Check logos, trademarks and depicted people before publishing.
Responsible use
Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, hatred, deceptive impersonation, false endorsements, infringement or attempts to compromise the service. Treat cultural, religious and civic themes respectfully. A political or civic style does not imply endorsement by any person, party, institution or government.
Review before sharing
Check names, spelling, imagery, cultural appropriateness and dates before sharing. Festival dates may vary by region, tradition or moon sighting; the calendar is guidance rather than an official scheduling authority. AI can make errors. The app does not automatically distribute greetings: you decide whether and where to share them.
Availability and account closure
Hosting, email or AI-provider interruptions may affect availability. Keep downloaded copies of important greetings. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security concerns; contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Request account closure or deletion through the privacy contact process. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
