When you contact us

The website enquiry form uses Zoho ZeptoMail to forward the details you provide to our business inbox so we can reply. A submission is shown as successful only after our email service accepts it; this does not guarantee an inbox delivery time. If we cannot confirm sending, the form keeps your details and offers email and WhatsApp alternatives. A WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp so you can start a conversation. The information you choose to send, such as your name, contact details and requirements, helps us respond to your enquiry. Zoho ZeptoMail, Zoho Mail and WhatsApp process information under their own terms and privacy policies. The website does not save enquiries in a separate database. It briefly holds request identifiers and hashed anti-abuse checks in server memory; enquiries remain in our business mailbox according to its settings and our handling of your request. You can ask us to delete your enquiry.

Do not include sensitive health information, passwords or payment details in a general website enquiry. Contact us if you want to discuss access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to public pages and clicks that open product apps, the demo, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Our Analytics tag loads only after you select “Allow analytics.” You can use the website without allowing it.

When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and processes technical information about your visit, such as your browser, device and page interactions. Our custom events include the public page path and, where relevant, the product name. After an enquiry is accepted by the mail service, we may record contact_form_submit_success with a product category, only if you allowed analytics. This records submission, not a sale, qualified lead or inbox delivery. We strip query strings and URL fragments from the page address and send only the origin of a referring website. We do not include enquiry form values, message contents or contact details in those events.

Automatic enhanced measurement is turned off. We do not enable advertising personalization, Google signals or advertising storage in this setup. The fictional Saathi and Anukul Learning demos, creation editors and proxied product workspaces are excluded from our website Analytics collection. Opening an email or WhatsApp link is measured as a click, not as proof that a message was sent or a sale occurred.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. Use the “Turn analytics off” or “Allow analytics” button at the bottom of a public page to change it. Turning analytics off stops this website from loading the tag on subsequent page loads; it does not delete information already received by Google. You can also clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Choices apply to this browser and website origin.

Website delivery

Our hosting provider processes the technical requests needed to deliver the website and operate the service. Declining optional analytics does not prevent that essential website delivery.
